Security guards

Our standard insurance policy provides public and employer’s liability insurance for static or mobile guards, including the use of guard dogs. A wide range of covers is available, and these are summarised above. Please contact Cliverton to discuss your precise requirements

Detection dogs cover

Insurance is available for users of drug or explosive sniffer dogs, and for dogs used for search and rescue.

Dog training agencies cover

We are able to arrange insurance for individuals or businesses training security and detection dogs, including work overseas or training for export. Professional indemnity cover is available as an extension to the policy.

Property damage cover

We are able to arrange insurance for buildings, contents, tools, equipment, stock and other property used in association with your security business.

Fire and theft cover is available for working dogs whilst located on your premises, whilst working on customer’s premises, and we can also offer full mortality cover in transit (including overseas). Business interruption cover can be added, in order to protect your income following damage by an insured peril.
