The maximum amount payable for claims in respect of the above additional covers is unlimited per policy per year.

In addition to the basic cover, the Public and Products Liability section can be extended to include associated trading activities such as pet grooming, training, breeding, showing and retail sales of pet equipment.

The cover for vets fees extends to include illness commencing within 72 hours of leaving the kennel and vets fees can be paid for a period of up to 3 months for conditions arising whilst in kennels (subject to the policy limits mentioned above).

The Public Liability cover includes loss or injury to other members of the public caused by animals escaping whilst being transported by yourself or your staff.

Material damage

We are able to arrange cover for buildings, contents, tools, equipment, stock and other property used in association with your kennel or cattery business. Business interruption cover is available, in order to protect your income following damage by an insured peril.

Personal accident

Our recommended policy can be extended to include a capital payment of £10,000, in the event of death, loss of sight or loss of limbs, and a weekly payment, of £100, following temporary total disablement. This is payable for a maximum of 104 weeks, and no payment is made for the first seven days.
