Travel Claims
We recommend that you take the insurer’s helpline telephone number together with a copy of your insurance certificate with you when you travel, in case of emergency whilst abroad.
All travel insurers require specific original documentation in the event of a claim. Contact Cliverton to obtain the appropriate claim form, or contact the helpline number shown on your certificate of insurance in order to speak directly to a representative of the insurance company.
For all claims this includes:
- travel insurance certificate
- tour operator’s booking invoices showing holiday costs
- travel tickets – airline, ferry, coach etc.
- travel itinerary
