New Business

The New Business team are here to help with quotations, ensuring that you have a policy to suit your needs. A knowledgeable team who are happy to help with any queries you may have. We are able to talk you through the policies which we have on offer and explain the covers to our customers in detail. We deal with all new business enquiries either through the office or through the website, including quote requests and queries. We also deal with all new policies and customers for up to a month after a policy has been bought, this includes cancellations, changes and queries. After a month has expired any queries are handled by our existing customer team.

Renewals & Customer Service Team

Our renewals and customer service team are on hand to answer any queries you have about the cover you hold with us. Should you need to make any changes to your policy throughout the year we are able to discuss your requirements and ensure that you are covered for all of your business needs. When it comes to the renewal of your policy the team are here to make the process as quick and easy as possible. In the event of a claim we are able to talk you through the first steps and what to expect to help alleviate your concerns.

Specialist

The specialist team are here to help with your specialist Equine, Smallholding, Licensed Boarding Kennel & Cattery and Household insurance needs. They provide a bespoke quotation facility along with the knowledge and experience to answer any queries or make amendments to your existing policies. In addition we provide a full renewal service including the invitation and acceptance of policies.

Accounts & Administration

Our accounts team are able to deal with any queries you may have regarding payment queries, defaults, cancellations and setting up new bank mandates. Our administration team are normally the first point of contact for the office, they can assist with postal queries, general queries and producing and posting copy documents.
