FCA Business Interruption Test Case Judgement

The clarity we have all been waiting for has, to some extent, been provided by the recent High Court decision but, as anticipated, it’s a mixed range of outcomes. The insurers we work with are all individually considering their positions and their response to the ruling including a possible appeal and the effect the ruling will have on claims made or to come.
