Free video consultations with UK vets

As most vet practices are now running reduced operating hours for emergencies and are unable to make home visits, we have joined forces with FirstVet to give you access to experienced vets through a video consultation service.
This service will be FREE for Cliverton policyholders between 12pm and 5pm, 7 days a week, until 30th April 2020*.
FirstVet is the largest veterinary telemedicine service in Europe and we hope that this service will help to give you peace of mind in these challenging times.
What can FirstVet help with?

| • | Eye and ear problems |
| • | Poisoning |
| • | Coughing and sneezing |
| • | Itching and skin problems |
| • | Minor injuries and accidents |
If they advise that you need to physically take your pet in and your usual vet is not able to help, FirstVet will also refer you to the closest open clinic.
* The service is available 12pm to 5pm, 7 days a week, free until the end of April. Outside of these hours until the 30th April and all hours after 30th April, consultations will cost £24 weekdays 9am-6pm, and £36 outside of these hours.
When you have downloaded the app and are booking an appointment, available slots from 12pm until 5pm will show as ‘no cost’. No promotional codes are needed.
