The latest information provided by the Financial Conduct Authority relating to the Covid-19 Business Interruption test case is as follows:

“15th December 2020

Timing of the judgement from the Supreme Court

We have been informed by the Supreme Court that it will not be in a position to hand down the judgement before January 2021.”
