National Love Your Pet Day 2020

Today we celebrate National Love Your Pet Day and we embrace our love of our pets.

There’s no denying that the UK is a country that loves pets, from our pampered pooches to our adored arachnids; we have a longstanding love and admiration (some may say obsession) with animals.

Latest statistics show that roughly 50% of the UK Population are pet owners and it’s estimated that UK pet owners spend a total of £57bn on their pets per year, which doesn’t include food or vet fees.

A huge 90% of our office are pet owners, from horses to guinea pigs and we understand the importance of keeping our pets safe, healthy and more importantly happy.

Today we celebrate alongside the thousands of Dog Walkers, Pet Minders, Groomers, Trainers and everyone in between to recognise the love of our pets and the work it takes to look after a variety of animals day to day.

Once you become a pet owner, the lifelong commitment starts and it’s a commitment full of muddy walks in the rain, chewed furniture, stress, mess and most of all unconditional love.
