FCA Business Interruption Insurance Test Case Kennel and Cattery Clients

The result of the test case is now known and we will know by the 2nd October if any of the Insurers will be making an appeal.

We would like to remind you that if you wish to make a claim under the Business Interruption section of your policy for losses incurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic you must register your intention to claim with Davies, the claims handlers for MS Amlin, as soon as possible on 01245 396339. We know that many of you have already done so.
