Yes, to pay your premium by direct debit we use a third party finance company called Premium Credit. Your premium will be spread over 9 installments and a 10% charge is added to your premium.
Premium Credit Ltd are a finance company who provide the direct debit facility. If you wish to pay by direct debit your details will be passed to Premium Credit Limited this includes your bank details, name, email & postal and contact telephone number. Premium Credit are a finance provider, credit is subject to status and in assessing you for credit Premium Credit Ltd may search public information that credit reference agencies hold about you. The credit reference agency will add their details of their search to their records whether or not your application proceeds. This and other information (including previous payment history with them) may be used to make credit decisions about you and undertake checks for the prevention of money laundering.

The direct debit mandate is for 9 months, firstly we would ask that you check how many payments you have made. If you have made all nine payments you policy will continue to run until your renewal date. If you have not made all nine payments and have not called to pay the remaining balance we advise you to contact either your own bank or to contact Premium Credit Limited on 0344 7369836.
